COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.

The Election Integrity Project Nevada LLC (EIPNv) is a tax exempt, public benefit, non-profit 501(c)(3), non-partisan corporation dedicated to assuring that every legally cast vote is properly counted and reported. EIPNv is available to assist citizen groups as well as political and business organizations on a non-partisan basis in their efforts to assure integrity in the voting process. Over the past 14 years, we have filed lawsuits requesting the clean-up of voter registration rolls and even new elections based on our findings.
